We made spots for Coca-cola India, Japan and South Africa over a two-year period. The challenge was to stay right on their global branding, while making sure to be culturally relevant. Our Indian spot was the most popular ad of all time for the country (!), and "Yebo," the lead South African spot of the campaign, played on all channels simultaneously for the first minute of the New Year: if you were watching TV, you couldn't turn it off. Up to 25 artists working long distance in several countries collaborated on these, which were an absolute pleasure to create.
